Boost Distribution System Restoration With Emergency Communication Vehicles Considering Cyber-Physical Interdependence

Enhancing restoration capabilities of distribution systems is one the main strategies for resilient power to cope with extreme events. However, most existing studies assume communication infrastructures are intact automation, which unrealistic. Motivated by applications emergency vehicles (ECVs) in quickly setting up wireless networks after disasters, this paper, we propose an integrated system (DSR) framework and optimization models, can coordinate repair crews, (physical sectors), (cyber sectors) pick unserved loads as possible. Case validated effectiveness proposed models proved benefit considering ECVs cyber-physical interdependencies DSR.
